Who we are
Rhys Maddocks has years of experience as a Strength & conditioning coach with a specialized focus on backs and knees. Trail running has been a passion of his for some time, competing in races and coaching fellow runners to counterbalance injuries and bullet proof their bodies so they can continue to do what they love.
A love of moving the body for mentality, especially outside. And a deep love for the island he calls home, means you’ll be lead by someone who is truly passionate and excited to share the beauty of the island with you.
Ivana Horecna received her 200hr Yoga Teacher Training in 2019 and subsequent 20 hour Yin certification in 2021 under Cathy Madeo, as well as additional hours of training under Janice Liou in New Jersey. She has been actively teaching yoga, mobility, and flexibility since 2019.
Her passion for movement started at the age of 8 with a 6 year stint in swimming and gymnastics, followed by 10 years of training in martial arts where she receiving a black belt in Tang Soo Do by age 15.
Recently, her focus has shifted towards weight training, flexibility and handstand training. While in San Diego, she trained under Alex Cassidy at Center for Balanced Training where she refined her hand balancing technique. She’s passionate about sharing her knowledge with her students and nothing makes her happier than watching her students grow and advance in their own practice. Ivana also moonlights as a research analyst in the biotech space and snack dispenser to her two dogs.
